dr. Sophia Hage, Sp.KO is a sports medicine specialist with a strong passion for promoting health and making a social impact. Currently, she serves as the Medical Director at the Royal Sports Performance Center, a sports medicine clinic that helps both athletes and non-athletes prevent injuries, achieve an active lifestyle, enhance performance, and recover optimally after sustaining an injury.
She is also a consultant for the Long Term Athlete Development team in Jakarta, which prepares athletes under the age of 15 for long-term performance. Dr. Sophia completed her sports medicine specialist education at Universitas Indonesia, and since then, she has been an active advocate for an active lifestyle.
Her previous professional experience includes her role as a Project Manager for Indonesia SeGar, a collaborative initiative involving the government, communities, and professionals aimed at making a healthy lifestyle accessible to everyone. She also served as a Project Manager for Alzheimer’s Indonesia, where she managed a series of events in commemoration of World Alzheimer’s Month in 2018.
